Probably the biggest challenge of my blog, especially because I love Pizza more than God. JkGod doesn't exist.
Anywhore, you might ask why exactly am I doing this?
Good question! First, healthy eating has been part of my life for a couple of years now but with at least 1 or 2 cheat meals a week, however I decided to take it to the next level. Every time I spend a month or two consuming just vegetables, chicken, some fruits, and nothing but water, and maybe wine, my whole life changes, from better sleep, amazing sex drive, more focus, energy, better overall fitness, and few thousand dollars saved worth of trips to the doctor, and junk food.
Obviously I'm not gonna stop enjoying life for a whole year, and let's be honest food is probably one of the few things I truly enjoy about life, especially since the time I became a minimalist, I don't much money in anything else.
Here's how this is gonna fly for the next year starting May 1st 2017:
Eat 2 meals a day, 1 snack, and a minimum of 1/2 a gallon of water.
Eat only the following:
- Organic vegetables.
- Organic Fruits
- Chicken, Turney, Churrasco, Fish.
- Whole wheat pastas.
- Nothing frozen.
- No diaries except fot parmessan,, feta, or, blue cheese.
Same applies when dining out, pick only the healthiest choices on the menu.
Fast food is a no no, ever.

May 1st, the last time I went to get a quesadilla before actually starting this insanity. 😏
