Our Session Process

A Pre-Session Consultation

Our Session

A Preview & Ordering Appointment

I get asked a lot, where do we even start?

We start with our goal in mind. We will get together and plan, and guide you every step of the way.

  • Let’s discuss what you want to accomplish at our session.

  • Bring all your questions and concern to the table.

  • Coordinate outfits, location and props.

Paper work… I know, boring stuff.

Every one of my sessions comes with terms and conditions, this is designed to stay clear on what we’ve discussed and to make sure you get the product you deserve.

Ordering appointment

This is where all the fun is contained. Your photos will be revealed and we can make final decisions on what images look best, so I can process them and upload them to your album.

How do I issue payment? What

I take cashapp, venmo, and cash. I require a non-refundable security deposit prior to signing the session agreement of $150.00 off your total price. The remaining balance will be issue at the end of our session.

You may cancel/ rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session, otherwise the $150 will be forfeited and will serve as cancellation fee. However, it can be credited to future session.

If we cannot fulfill our contract due to causalities like weather, acts of God, illness, emergencies, or any major reasons beyond our control, then I will be more than glad to reschedule or return the retainer fee to the client, but I shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This also will apply in case of malfunctioning or damaged equipment, media, loss of photographic material without fault on the photographer.

In the event Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, Rene Ferret Fashion Street Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

How Far in Advance Should I book?

I recommend two to four weeks in advance! This will give me and you enough time to discuss locations, outfits, and whatever questions you may have! In my experience, the people I photograph mainly love having this amount of time to put together their outfits. And since they had more time, it took the stress out of rushing, which led to better photographs and a fun time!

Do you issue refunds?

Due to the nature of my business, I do not issue refunds. However If you’re not 100% satisfied, I could credit you for a future session, do revisions on your files.

How many photos will I receive?

It depends on our agreement and what you need. Generally my standard price will cover for up to 10 professionally edited images.

When will I receive my photos?

7 to 10 business days is the average, but it varies depending on the work load and on what we agree on. You will first receive a water marked, low resolution version of the images for you to choose the ones you like, then start counting 7-10 business days.

What if I’m interested in more than 10 photos?

Extra images might be available for purchase at $25.00 per image or if you purchase 5, the 6th will be on me.

How is the delivery?

I deliver all your file through cloud based services. You will receive an email with the link once I’m done processing them.

Can I get the RAW files?

Unfortunately, I only deliver processed image at this time. Reason being, raw files are unfinished work and therefore an inaccurate representation of what I do as a photographer.

How to prepare for your shoot?

Start the night before by putting aside your outfits and props you wish to bring. It is important to include extra make up, and a hair brush for extra retouch. Beware, although we're going to have a blast, it is also work involved, so it will be necessary you enjoy of a good night sleep for maximum performance.

What should I wear?

Most importantly, be comfortable. However check out the following tips:

  • Wear solid colors with texture

  • Choose 2-4 colors for your group for your session,

  • Dark socks and footwear work best, unless we're working on the beach and we need you barefoot.

  • wear solid colored clothing with texture

  • don't be afraid of bold colors
